  Outdoor Equity Construction recently installed a steel fence, and I was pleased with their work. The process, from the initial estimate to the installation day, was smooth and professional. The installation was neat and clean, and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a high-quality fence at an affordable price.

  We've just finished our steel fence project with Outdoor Equity Construction, and I couldn't be more pleased with the overall service and quality of work. I called for an estimate, and someone came the next day and gave me a very reasonable price. I was impressed as their price was much lower than the other estimates I received from different companies. They started the job as soon as I gave them the green light. They meticulously measured everything to ensure the fences were level and worked diligently throughout the installation. They not only delivered an excellent result but were also professional and thorough throughout the process. It was above and beyond what we had hoped for.   It was great working with Outdoor Equity! They built us a custom sunroom in our backyard. They cant control manufacturing of the materials and it took a little longer than expected but the outcome was well worth the wait!

  This company is very unprofessional and sketchy. They requested 3/4 of the total cost of project up front to order the materials, and represented the job would be done in about 2 months. They went on vacation when job was supposed to be done, and repeatedly lied by saying materials were delayed due to trucking and supply chain issues. Only after getting aggressive and threatening to report them to Contractors Construction Board they then ordered materials and scheduled job. (I verified this by contacting mfg company to find out when materials were ordered.) Job was not completed as initially sold, but they still wanted final payment before coming out to complete the job and threatened to "take strong measures" if I didn't pay them. I said I'd pay the balance when job was complete, which I did. Very poor and unprofessional communication throughout. Another customer I met on ******** says they have also been waiting months for patio cover installation, and Company has lied to them about having applied for city permit. She checked with city and found no permit was filed. So these people basically take your money upfront and lie and put you off as much and as long as possible while they vacation with the money. There's a reason they are so inexpensive compared to other contractors. In this case you will be lucky if you even get what you pay for. I recommend people stay away.
