Amaeturish, non-existent organization, poor management, untrustworthy. (First review in 5+ years...)- 3wk appointment wait - Showed up on-site on wrong day for repair work (when I was unavailable)- Missed original appointment despite confirming <24hrs in advance - Took zero responsibility and blamed me - Not accommodative about rescheduling and told to re-enter appointment cue and wait another 3wks+- Waited in cue for 2wks before they cancelled appointment citing "customer abuse"Ultimately, ********************** held me hostage for what will amount to about 2 months... 3wks in original appointment cue, 2wks in second cue and another 3wks for a (********************* service provider.The irony is they require a CC to hold an appointment, yet what recourse do I have?!!

This customer was verbally abusive and argumentative to staff and we respectfully declined to provide service to him.
