    Very unethical company. No signed contracts or receipts, seems like they falsify pricing to win a bid. I strongly recommend using a different survey company. I got a quote, had it in writing and never received an invoice. Eventually they did complete the work and seemed to have done a good job. In the same email thread where I was given the price, I reached out and proactively tried to pay them and asked for an invoice to include for my records and to remit payment. I was give an invoice that had zero pertainable information in it and a number significantly higher than what was quoted above. When I pushed back and asked for an itemized receipt (I did not get one) but instead got a very threatening email sent to intimidate from the president of the company who instead of honoring the price or even apologizing it was more, threatened to send me to collections and put a lien on my property. WOW. Who, with any morale, responds like this when a customer reached out to pay and asked for a receipt? Unfortunately, the ignorance of this man was funny as I know he has no right to lien my property and I sent the code on that from the states website so perhaps they will know not to threaten someone else with false information. Please be cautious and I hope they get reprimanded for unethical business practices. I can prove everything Ive stated and my experience in time stamped emails.

    We own 5 acres outside of OC. The surveyor was friendly, but the business is unethical. We received a price quote for work, but when we received the bill it was different. They changed the price and said we were quoted wrong. Someone must have given us a old price, but we got it less than two weeks prior. They also charge drive time, which they did not say in the quote. When we tried to show the quote and price, they would not honor it. It's sad since most of the area asked us about surveying and who we used.

    I've had 3 conversations with "****" at centerlineconcepts.com, and all have been very unprofessional with an unacceptable attitude from the start. He hung up on me, I called back attempting to get info on the flyer I received about an upcoming survey beginning on or after 5/23/23 connected to my property. After being talked down to, and a lot of huffing and puffing from ****. I finally established that his crew had just completed their "monument search". The same day I received the flyer. The crew did trespass to complete the search, If I had witnessed this prior to the phone call made it had potential for a serious altercation for the trespass. I requested a copy of the report upon completion. I left my name and address with ****, he stated that I would receive one. The flyer that was sent had all the information on it. On 6/21/23, I called once again requesting the report. **** stated "he didn't have my address"?
