    I ordered a pizza and salad through their app, but only the salad was delivered. When I called the store, they said their was nothing they could do since the app is separate from their location and they couldn't refund my money. I then sent an email to Papa ******** and they claimed they would process the refund. That never happened so I now paid for a meal I never received including service fees for a service that wasn't provided.

    Mark placed an online delivery order on Sunday 2/19 for a pizza and a salad, and only received his salad, **** called the store and asked for us to deliver his pizza and the supervisor on site explained that we can't personally deliver it but we can send a coupon for a free pizza. 

     

    The store manager, ******, sent him a have one on us card on Wednesday 2/22. The have one on us card is good for any pizza and any size. 

     

    **** reached out via survey on Thursday 3/9 saying he asked for a refund and we told him we couldn't do that because we were under the impression that **** had placed his order directly through a third-party delivery company. 

     

    After further research we discovered that **** placed his order directly through our online platform and didn't use a third-party delivery company, so we were able to find and refund his order on Tuesday 3/14. We attempted to contact **** after issuing the refund on multiple occasions but we haven't received a call back. We are excited to report that **** has ordered from us multiple times since this misunderstanding occurred.
