    In April on the 10th I called a couple different window companies here in ********* the other window buisness was helpful but would take awhile, so I called PNW INSTALLATION which I guess now is NW INSTALLATION LLC. They quoted me double what the other did but said he would get it done faster 5 weeks was his estimation, he also stated he would be out of town working for a few weeks and that he would be in contact. I waited until June to start asking abt the status of my windows. I call received a text back which is what he did originally and I told him I was calling in regards to my windows. Nothing back, I've been Ghosted!?!I have called/texted I even left a review trying to get someone's attention. My husband got their address off ****** and off their ******** went to the address provided and guess what there's no PNW or NW at that address so we can't even go to their office space. If they moved they should update, we were told later by him his office is way way to the back of the building up stairs and that it's mostly a rented office for paperwork. They have been posting on their ******** so I feel like they have some cell reception. This all wouldn't be such a big deal however we have already paid him $385.10 for a deposit to order the windows that came out of our bank on Aprill 11th. So I ended up posting to ******** and someone here in town gave me his personal cell he called me back gave me a bunch of excuses I said ok just install the windows that was June 9-10th? We still haven't got our windows and he just ghosted my husband 2 days ago again. He said he didn't know it was him. My husband left a voicemail and his number so there really was no mistaking. He said he is going to meet up with my husband in a couple hours to give the money back.

    Hi this is ************************* I wanted to inform you guys because it says to do so in writing. The NW installations LLC. paid us the $385.10 they owed us and added compensation as well. We parted ways. Thank you very much.
