Consumers have asserted concerns with the business's customer service practices. Consumers allege providing the Razorback Woodworking with deposits for furniture that is not delivered as promised. Those consumers requesting refunds are unable to speak with a representative to address their concerns regarding delivery and refunds.

    **** Phillips took my order for a kitchen island and informed me for him to make the island I had to pay down half deposit for supplies then the rest when delivered. We paid $340 on 12/28/20 on ******** pay, and never have received any kitchen island. We kept getting the run around of **** in the hospital, then 2 or 3 family members had died, then back in the hospital. And then he just never messaged back. I have saved all my texts and ******** messenger communication from this scammer. He uses ********** to sell his fake product and then does not follow through. With as many people as he has scammed over the last few years there seems to be an amount close enough for some sort of prosecution on him.
