    On 7/19/2023 I (*********************) made a reservation through Booking.com at the Galaxie Motel in ********* ******. For one night,two people. I Paid ($84.90) with my **** card On 7/20/2023 We checked in at the Galaxie Motel a little past 5:00p.m. I told the lady that I made the reservation through Booking.com and that I paid ($84.90) with my **** card.They charged me ($113.50) The lady asked me if we had any pets, I told her that I have a 6 lb.dog in training to be a service dog. So she charged me ($22.70) which is included in the ($113.50)NOTE;Booking.com $84.90 Pet Fee $22.70 TOTAL= $107.60 Galaxie Motel Charged me $113.50 Pet Fee $22.70 TOTAL =$113.50 ADD TAXES $13.50 TOTAL =$127.00 NOTE;Her math is all wrong,because on the receipt it says ($113.50) when it should of been ($127.00)NOTE; I had asked her why I was being charged for my dog which is in training to be a service dog, and she said that they have charges that *** apply, she said that she would have the manager come to our room immediately when he got back, ( he went to ****** for dinner ) I also asked if we could have some extra pillows and she said that she would have to wait for the manager to get back, this was at 5:30, I waited for an hour(6:30) checked to see if he was back yet-No, so I waited a half hour (7:00) and I tried to call the office I called 3 times and no answer, so I went back to the office and she came to meet me I told her that I was trying to call the office and she said that she must of had the ringer turned off, so I waited until (9:30) I seen a man who was checking in, and she was on the phone with her manager (***) because she was having trouble with the computer, to check this man into his room. There was a girl that came in and asked for toilet paper and the lady gave her a rollwhen I couldnt get any extra pillows. I started talking to the man outside and he said that he had already paid for the room with his credit card, and she had been on the phone for a while trying to get him checked in.So when we got home, I called my bank to see if they could tell me if I had charges on my credit card for (Booking.com for $84.90) AND IF THERE WAS ANOTHER CHARGE FOR (Galaxie Motel for $113.50) they said yes and it is pendingso I explained everything and I filed a dispute.I called the motel and the person who answered was a man, so I asked if this is the manager (***) he said yes. I explained to him what had transpired last night with the check in fees, and he said that he would call me back in a half hour. He called back in an hour and he said that he would credit it back to my credit card (which can take several days) I told him that I wanted him to send me a check in the mail, and he kept insisting on reversing the charge back to my credit card & that we could trust him. So I told him that I would be contacting the BBB and a lawyer.
