    I have been an alyrica customer since March 2019. I have consistently had issues with slower than promised internet speeds, but they have become even more unreliable over the past few months. I have called at least a dozen times over the past few months to voice my concerns and the issues still have not been solved. A technician was finally sent out, the first one in 4.5 years, last week, but the problems continue. I routinely cant work from home because the speeds are so slow. I pay for 50 mbps internet for $109.99 per month. I often only get speeds at 5 mbps or less. I have asked to have a credit on my account or a refund, because the speeds I get (which have been verified by Alyrica Including the technician saying my area is a problem area) are in the range of their $60 plans. Alyrica has not accommodated my request at all. They did not deliver the product I paid for and I should be refunded the difference between my plan the speeds I have received.
