    I placed an order for 2 bar stools on May 19, 2024 for over $4000. After several months without delivery, the vendor gave me a 20% discount because of the repeated delays. Still the order did not arrive and the vendor finally agreed to give me a full refund on 9/20/2024 via ******. I received an email saying the refund had been issued, but it was still showing as pending with ******. After contacting ******, they tell me that they have been unable to collect funds from the seller.I have detailed records.

    Hi,

    This issue has been resolved. I had issued the full remaining refund on the 20th of September but by mistake, I requested the refund come out of an account that we no longer fund. I couldn't figure out what the issue was. Once I realized what I had done, I emailed **** and told her I was trying to issue the refund from an account we not longer use. Once I realized that, I quickly issued the refund using our ****** funds, which is what I thought I had done the first time. Then, it still took several days to she the refund on her end because she didn't purchase from her ****** account, she purchased from her ****** Credit Card.

    The whole reason the chairs didn't show up was because they were lost in transit and to this day, we have still been unable to locate them.

     

    I hope this helps and we can close this complaint. I worked with **** as much as I could to get this issue resolved. Thankfully, now it is resolved. As you can see in the screenshot, the refund went through the day after she opened this complaint.
