    On May 5th of 2024 I cash app to *** ********************** $4255.00 for a heater for my pool. In July the heater was finally installed but when it was hooked up with the gas line it would not ignite. I contacted *** ********************** who assured me that he would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. I had my maintenance guy from ********* heating and air come to look at it. he suggested that I call the manufacturer so I did and they said they could provide a professional for free if I could email them a receipt. So I called *** ********************** and explained that I needed the receipt and he assured me that when he arrived home that he would email me a copy. That never happened. So I called the manufacturer back and told them I had not gotten the receipt from *** ********************** and asked them if they had anyone in ********* that was licensed to work on their equipment and they gave me the number for Mt. View Pool and spa. I called ****** with Mt. view pool and ***. He came to my house, look at the heater, told me that it was the totally wrong heater for that pool. That it was for a huge commercial pool and had we had started it that there was a possibility it would have blown up. *** ********************** purchased a ******* BTU heater.. the pool and gas line and meter required a *******BTU heater. I contacted *** ********************** several time to get a refund for the heater I purchased from him, He indicated that he didn't have a pool so he had no need for the heater and is refusing to refund my money. Trying this before I file small claims.
