    I have been working with *************** Home for many years. I have moved multiple residents into her home over the years and have visited her home many times. The families, I have worked with, that have moved their loved one into Irina's home have all been extremely happy with the care and compassion that the owner, Irina and her caregivers provide. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced especially with individuals with dementia and who are on hospice care. Families can sometimes be challenging to work with, but Irina conducts herself with extreme professionalism and ******

    I am writing in response to the negative review posted here on 6/13/2023, under my business ******************** at ************************************************************ I, Irina Lupu, have owned and operated this business for over 15 years. During those all this years I have never had any complaints filed against my home until this review was filed by the author of the BBB review last month. These complaints were filed several months (7)after the resident moved out of my care home. All the complaints were thoroughly investigated, twice and all were unfounded by **************** Services. In October 2022, the author of the BBB review moved her mom into my home when it was deemed that she needed 24-hour end of life hospice support and care. The individual in my care had an advanced cognitive diagnosis and most of her care was provided at her bedside. My caregivers and I work very hard 24 hours a day to provide a safe, peaceful environment for the individuals that are in my care; I have several excellent letters of recommendation &referrals and from families and community providers who I have worked with over the years who can prove that this review is not accurate.

    1 star but they deserve 0 stars for not listening to the one that loved her Mother the most Not who they say they are. In it for the money. No night care. My mother had profound back wounds. I had the *** , ***** and her Mother wanted to keep my Mom on Seroquel , I as her daughter was completely against this, they didnt care or listen to me. It was only about them. This adult care home doesnt have compassion for the people they take care of, nor did they listen to the one and only daughter that loved her Mamma beyond measure, and until I had proof that I was the true *** and Advanced Directive for my Mom, I got my Mom out of that place as fast as I could. I have deep and painful regrets for ever taking my Mamma to Lupu Adult Care Home. I will have to live with this reality forever. We all get old and frail. and I can only wonder when ***** and her Mother get old, possibly with dementia due to a stroke but they are still somewhat there, would they want to receive the same treatment they gave my mother??? Maybe they will, Karmas a b**** When I got my Mom out of ****** care home I had her for one month before she passed, and I have thankful memories with my Mom When she was with ***** due to over medicating her, my Mom did not know who I was. I will have to live with this regret forever. Dont end up like me. I wish I would have known. Riposa in Pace Mamma. Rest in Peace. You were my world and I thank you for my life. You were a force to be reckoned with. You taught me so much. Forgive me Mamma I miss you everyday **** care of your family at home, because institutions like this will never be the same as FAMILY. ******* ***** *********************** ******
