      To Whom it May ********** wife made a purchase on June 13th, 2023 through Paypal to Complement AKA Outlier ******* *** in the amount $534.60 and has yet to render any services. The test kit arrived on the 20th and was back to them by June 27th. Once the test results were completed, dated July 5th, 2023 a Mrs. ************************** in an email dated August 24th, 2023 (apparently the registered dietitian) reached out to **** stating "I noticed that you have not submitted your blood tests yet, and I wanted to check in."My wife responded that same day, "I have sent it back a while ago..." And ***************** responded by saying, "Looking at the lab portal... we have receivedthe micronutrients...but I'm not seeing the omega-3 test results." OUTLIER HEALTH LOST THESE TESTS AND FORCED ROSE TO TAKE AN ADDITIONAL TEST which was sent in (again), and uploaded and dated September 3rd, 2023. On October 10th, 2023 **** writes, "I haven't heard any response." Because the service she has paid for is not getting past STEP ONE from their website.Then a new employee chimes in named ***************************** to **** stating, "If you did not see ******'s auto-reply she has moved on," clearly dropping the ball and leaving my wife in limbo with poor communication as no "auto-reply" was sent. During the whole time, all the app is saying in large letters, "Your tests are still processing..."She purchased to receive:Key Micronutrient testing (B12, D3, Omega-3, Iron) Hemoglobin A1C testing to measure your average blood sugar levels over the last 3 months. Personalized daily nutrient pack designed for you, based on your test results. ***ludes up to 5 daily capsules based on RD recommendations. Member pricing for any additional nutrients conveniently included in your daily pill packet NONE OF THIS WAS RECEIVED. THERE ARE 4 STEPS ON THE WEBSITE AND THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ROSE PAST STEP ONE AND REFUSE TO SEND ANY PRODUCTS, RENDER ANY SERVICES or OFFER A REFUND..
