      If I could give zero stars I would. This company is horrible to work with. I received services back in December 2021. Never received a bill from this company only to find out in July of 2022 I was sent to collections. Contacted Community Ambulance after requesting the statement from the collection agency about the bill. They said they sent a bill - I physically never received one via the **** postal service. This company never reached out to collect before sending it off to collections. Do not use this company. They do not communicate with you and will not work with you or trust you when you tell them you never received notice.I would have been more than happy to pay it if I received the bill or communication and now I'm reported to collections on my credit and my bill was increased from the original amount.
