    On 8/27/23 I as issued a parking ticket for parking in *****, Rink North Lot without a ticket, however I was only there to pick up a friend paddleboarding and I left the car to help my friend carry their things to my car. When I returned I noticed a ticket on my car. When I went home I tried going onto the site portal to try to dispute the ticket as that was the option given to me on the ticket however the link was not working and I was unable to dispute the claim. I then proceeded to try and call the office for the next few weeks and was unable to ever reach anyone other than the answering machine. Being unable to proceed to dispute the ticket everyday I was then given compounding late fees continuously. This is malpractice and misleads people to think they can dispute the ticket only to give them an even larger ticket for trying unsuccessfully

    *********************** received a parking penalty for not paying to pay in our lot.  Unfortunately, we did not receive a phone message or a call when the office was open from *********************** to discuss this issue, nor did we receive a dispute through the parking portal which is stated on the penalty notice.  We did send an email to *********************** asking them to pay the current daily rate of $3.00 and we would dismiss the penalty notice given, which they did pay, and the penalty ticket has been dismissed (as you can see in the attachment).  This issue is now resolved.
