    A CSR answered our line last week, went completely off script. Very unnapropriately spoke about her negative experiences with an HVAC company in the past, implying that ours could be similar. As our receptionist, why would you even imply to the client that you wouldn't use the company your picking the phone for ? She literarly suggested having a technician from another company. That woman made a backstabbing move either comsciensly or just doesn't think before she speaks.

    I closed my account with this company in Oct. I spoke to multiple people on their website stating I want my account closed. In the last two months, they have continued to take money from my account, forcing my to have to cancel my bank card and get a new one. I have called them twice and was told the billing **** would call me back - Currently, I have received no such call. They are fraudulent in their business practices.

    I contacted this company on November 30th to close our account. They would not allow us to they said someone would call us back the follow day! No one has. Our business is no longer open and we need to close this account with them.
