    The apartments offered us a lower monthly rent amount in our offer letter. Then increased the amount right before signing the lease after asking me for more financial documents than they originally asked for in the application. apartment has also not addressed maintenance in a timely manner if at all. We moved into the apartment and it was filthy, I documented it well, told management. They sent a cleaner that did nothing, then when I told them the apartments did nothing about it and we were forced to clean filth. when we reached out several times asking for help they would email us saying sure then do nothing. When they did come in for maintenance they took weeks if not months to address one thing. Staff no call no showed so many times for things that required us to move all of our belongings out of the bathroom. Wed come back and they were scheduled to be there and see nothing done. Then when they addressed one thing (ignoring several other issues of the unit) they chipped our bathtub paint. Then we were forced to be out of the unit for at least 24 hours and they have not compensated us for anything. They chipped the paint again after it was redone. We paid rent on time. We are also have paint chips in our food and dishes from cabinets in the kitchen. The paint chips everywhere throughout the whole house due to their mistakes and they refuse to address it. We moved in with fleas in the unit and there are bugs in the cracks of the bathroom and they are ignoring us for that. we refused rent payment on 2/1/2025. They still have not offered to fix and solve all of the issues we have in our unit, the management has still not responded to our request to leave the lease with no penalty due to how weve been treated and it is now 2/20/2025, they are still ignoring us although sent us written communication about paying the bil. We believe that this apartments broke the law and discriminated against us and broke their obligation of the lease.
