    I won a few cash games on the app and my winnings all went to bonus cash so I could not cash out on them. I was down to $12 bonus cash for instance and $127 and all went to my bonus cash instead of my regular cash, tried to contact them several times and no responses whatsoever from the company, I shouldve been able to cash out $60 end up getting upset and just paid all the supposedly bonus cash to get rid of it now Im broke the app again

    This company is a scam and they take money but when it comes to winnings they dont disburse them. They owe me over 4000 dollars

    This company is not paying out the refunds. And, it doesnt respond to customers. It claims to pay out in 7-14 days. I have waited for almost a month now. I emailed and got an automated response to use the in app chat. I have messaged that app. I got two automated responses and then I received nothing.

    Innovation Casualty has multiple games published in the AppStore. They advertise the games as people can win real money, and that the payout is 7-14 business days (Bingo Dash, Soltaire Dash, Cash Dash, Bubble Dash etc.)Since I play other cash games, I downloaded this to try my luck. I deposited $16 to Cash Dash bingo, played for awhile, accumulated some winnings, and submitted my withdrawal on 05/31/2024 of $84.15 (see screenshot of 637060820920048428.)Today is 07/06/2024, and I havent received anything. I have contacted multiple times to the customer service through their in-app chat, sent several emails to ******************************** (provided in their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy), and I have never gotten any response.There are many other people complaining about the same issue and fraud.I request the Innovation Casualty, **** to:- Pay out my winnings: $84.15 to the PayPal account I provided - Refund my deposit of $16 to the original payment method - Pay out the money I won after my withdrawal and is still on the app: $12.28 - Pay out all the peoples winnings who they owe.I will wait a few more days before I file another complaint about their business practices, including towards all the App Stores to make sure that nobody will be affected by the same incident.

    I dont even know who this company is and why they would be charging me 10 bucks but I will keep an eye on it and make sure that they dont touch me again. Its just the principal of it all so yes I would like my 10 bucks back please

    I was playing Bingo Dash and wanted to cash out $80. Right before my eyes the winnings disappeared. The first time I contacted them they say I had a legitimate complaint and would pass it on to those who take care of this. They asked for screen shots of the information they needed. I sent it to them. Next they wanted a screen shot of the $80. I can't screen shot something I don't have. Then they say that it was all bonus that couldn't be paid. Even if it was bonus it would still be in my account to play more **********************. It is not. So they won't give me back my winnings or bonus money I paid for. So basically stole my winnings and the money I paid to play. Thank You.
