    Their Name is misleading : they dont reproduce anything. They offer interpretations of fine works of art which may differ significantly from the original or the image they post on their website.Their Return Policy is misleading: they dont state that return postage is for the account of the buyer. Most of their work is completed in ********...NOT in *******. Thus the ******* interpretation I was not pleased with had to be returned to ********. The painting cost was $350 and the costs I would incur for shipping back to ******** would be $150-200. Thus, if you buy it, you are stuck with it !! Their claim of SATISFACTION GUARANTEED is misleading.They dont offer you a picture of your finished painting before they ship it to you. this would allow you to approve the image prior to their shipping. Many of their competitors do this. You never SEE what you are buying until it arrives at you door. then you can't send it back !! It's too costly to do so !They mis represent where their work is produced. They list an Oregon or an ********** address, but their work is completed in ***** and shipped out of ******** !!BUYER BEWARE !!

    ****************** has without a doubt been the most unpleasant customer we have dealt with in 26 years.When he first placed his order he was extremely rude and abusive to our online staff who were trying to assist him with tracking his order. His painting was delivered within the time frame he requested. He was notified how to return the painting and it certainly would not cost anywhere near what he is quoting. We are not a *************** and this is a deliberate attempt by this individual to obtain a refund and not return the painting in his possession. This customer sent a photograph of the painting in his possession. This photo did not resemble the colors of the painting which he received. We take photographs of every painting which leaves the Studio and this was sent to the customer to demonstrate that what he received was in fact what he ordered. If ****************** would like to contact us in a civilized and polite manner we will be happy to advise him further. We have been online for 26 years and take pride in the personal service we offer. However, it is impossible to try and assist someone who is abusive and persistently rude.

    Ah, such customer service ! How NOT to address an unsatisfied customer: turn the tables and bad mouth the customer. Note what they are saying : "This customer sent a photograph of the painting in his possession. This photo did not resemble the colors of the painting which he received. We take photographs of every painting which leaves the Studio and this was sent to the customer to demonstrate that what he received was in fact what he ordered." Essentially they are saying that the painting I received, which I disliked because it was a poor rendition of what was presented on their website, and which I photographed and sent to them, was NOT the painting they shipped. Plus, they NEVER sent me any photo from their studio either before of after they shipped. How absurd ! A long winded way of calling me a liar. Plus, they NEVER sent me any photo from their studio either before of after they shipped. Note that they did not address any of my complaints about their website, how it is misleading and incomplete. If they are so concerned about product quality, ship a high resolution photo of the finished product for the customer's approval BEFORE shipping. Nowhere on their website do they commit to this; yet various of their competitors do !! This would have prevented my problem. Still some additional steps to take prior to letting this one go. I leave you with the same warning : BUYER BEWARE !!

    We urge people to review other Trustpilot reviews by this person which are all 1* On 13th October an email was sent to the customer as follows:Please find attached a side-by-side photograph of your finished painting and the photograph you have provided. The photo we have of your painting prior to shipping is accurate, the one you have sent is not.Your rudeness and objectionable behavior are not irrelevant as you state in your earlier email.Your rudeness is a matter of record and the transcripts of these conversations were sent to you immediately after the live chat conversation was closed.******** is never acceptable, particularly when my extremely helpful staff have tried to assist you.Your Online Order tracking was always available and furthermore, your painting was delivered within the timeframe indicated on the website.There was never an issue with either of these two areas of our service.If for any reason ****************** was unable to return the painting as requested, it would have been reasonable for him to advise us, so that we could reach a suitable arrangement with him.We have refunded the customer in full and advised him that we will make arrangements to collect and pay for the return of his painting. He has refused to allow the painting to be collected. We have been in business for 26 years. Our reputation for good service and quality work has been hard-earned. This customer has continued to partially quote correspondence and misrepresent the facts. This customer has received goods and not paid for them and his intentions from the outset are now clear. MERCHANTS BEWARE!
