    My brother and I were contacted by *********************** after the foreclosure sale of our deceased father's property which sold at auction on 02-JAN-2024. We received a communication stating there were $27,000 excess proceeds after the sale that were due to us. One brother spoke to *********************** at Durable Investments who told **** that after fees only $2000 of the $27,000 was available and him and his brother should quickly claim the $2000 before someone else that *** have a claim on the property claimed it. He then sent notaries over to all 4 brothers to sign for the remaining funds that day. After signing my wife reviewed the documents and told me that Durable Investments had misled us. What we had signed was not to receive the remainder of of the proceeds, but to sell our rights to the full $27,000 for $2000 (which we have not been paid). After realizing this both me and my brother **** have contact ****** to cancel this agreement and we will not return our calls.

    Thank you so much for recognizing our companys efforts and for our A+ rating! Why are we the best? We are delighted to share that through hundreds of successful claims, we retrieved millions of dollars for families who never believed they were entitled to anything. In cases like this, families may receive money even though they cant prove they have a valid claim. In this case the company disbursed funds to four potential heirs of an abandoned home.  The potential heirs didnt have a will showing their ownership to the claim. They elected to get quick cash and didnt want to spend any money to open a probate or other case or pursue the claim on their own. They confirmed their decision in a signed document. Nonetheless, the money they were paid is theirs to keep. This is how we prefer it. When we pay out money, we never ask for a refund. Claimants never have to return any funds they are paid. As promised, Durable Investments used its hired professionals to file a claim. At this point, the heirs are the only party who received any money. No probate was opened and the related complexities were avoided. Families never have to pay any legal fees and never have to return any funds that they are paid. This is a point of pride that we cherish. Thank you for following up on this and thank you for your continued support and A+ rating!

    They aggressively sought me out offered help in a bad situation to retrieve funds coming to me at an expidiated time for a percentage. The time has well passed and funds have already been dispersed. Yet they have still failed to deliver my share of said funds. **** has failed to return any calls or inquirys into the mater and has even told me, "Good luck getting anything from me". In his last reply in November. I feel this is a preditory business with unscrupulous business model preying on those in times of need not even providing the service they solicit.

    *********** was wired his money today.  He has not been an easy person to work with given his homeless situation and we have no forwarding address.  Will you please confirm the complaint has been satisfied and the case is closed.  I've attached a copy of the wire for your review.
