You have a full 60 days, risk free, to listen to what you've purchased and decide whether to make the relationship permanent or not. Please note that the product must be returned in NEW condition, in its original box, and include all the original packing materials, original manuals and all accessories that came with the item.
You must send your return merchandise back to Aperion in the original packaging materials!
It's a simple return process. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. To receive an RMA number, just contact Aperion. We'll ask you a few questions and arrange the return. An email with an electronic shipping label will be promptly sent. You print it out and stick it on the box and either drop it off at a local UPS station or call to arrange for a pick-up at the address you specify and, voila!, you're done.
Once your return merchandise arrives, we will inspect it to ensure it has been shipped back to us in its original condition. Upon a satisfactory inspection, we'll issue a full credit for your original purchase price. For any product not shipped back in its original condition, an appropriate restocking fee will be charged. Wires and connective cables are only eligible for return if they are unused and returned in their original packaging. No refund will be issued for products that have been damaged, altered, or abused.
If any items are missing, or the returned product and its packaging are damaged in any way, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee at our discretion.
