    I never write reviews but was compelled to once I got my money back from my credit card and couldn't be held hostage by these guys anymore. Please stay away from this organization. It took them over 8 months to replace my engine, and that was with CONSTANT hounding. I was told it would take 4-5 days to replace the engine when I dropped it off. Yes, I have text transcripts and phone logs with *****, as well as pictures of all of the damages described below. When I finally got my car I was just happy it ran and I could get it off the lot. Both my son and I knew the engine bay didn't look right, but I just wanted my car back. Fortunately, my credit card ended up refunding me my money for all of the damage Rowetech had done.This space doesn't allow me enough room, but I left a much more comprehensive review on Yelp where you're not constrained by character count.Do yourself a favor and stay very clear of this shop. Just look around and follow your intuition as you pull onto the lot. I wish I had, please learn from my mistake.-***************************
