    This is ************* in ***********, **. the small biz for repair cars.Tonkin parts center is a part supplier of various original parts. I bought many parts for ******** ****** cars last year.Some of them was wrong side or no need. So I returned those parts thru their delivery truck. after that, even they issued credit note invoice as attached, withhold / not made refund yet. In november, someone called me they withhold because I didn't pay some parts in 2021. but we've been paying COD base (paid all by check or cash )when no payments at delivery, they didn't drop the parts. but they said inside their company has some problem.I don't understand why withholding refund because their inside accounting problem.

    With regard to above complaint, I called ************ (accounting ***** asked why they withhold my refund,

    1) In their record, for last 2 years, my payment missing, (about $1,700) while our payment condition was **D (every supplier ask me **D payment , due to our company so small< I 've been doing ** base business almost 10 years.)
    2) **D means no payment, delivery driver never dropped parts here. (no payment no delivery)
    3) So I protested why do't you check in your inside system, or truck drivers.
    4) but their answer was those drivers not working for them anymore. They can't check their inside system. This is the reason they withhold my money.

    Can you please contact them to resolve this problem? Bcoz my english is not good enough to quarrel with them.
