    June 20 2024 I rented a suv from company drove 70 miles of 99 miles to my destination the check engine oil light came on called company was asked to send proof then asked to add oil to the car or take to a auto place once returned asked for compensation was told to contact the manger he said he would compensate me Monday never did reached out on Thursday still nothing for a unreliable vehicle

    ***************** said car had problems and took a photo while vehicle engine was turn off. vehicle rented 6-20-24 and returned 6-24-24 and vehicle was inspected and nothing wrong was found. we just saw leaking fluid that she mentions is from the A/C Condensation Line or A/C Line we inspected nothing is broken or wrong. picture texted is with engine off that's why it shows all the lights on, engine not turned on all the way. There was  a person Named ************ who wrote a 1 star review and we don't know who that is ? we rented the vehicle to *****************, she did not provide an additional driver informations. if anyone drove our car that was done without them been added to the contract and that violates our Rental Contract Policies. We have a large clientele of satisfied customers who are giving us awesome reviews on ******* We do have used cars and we maintain our cars well. if any trouble is done due to a vehicle malfunction we try our best and offer assistance for renters. we have a renters guide that is given along the contract and an after hrs number. Renters always find a person to guide them. And ***************** had roadside assistance with her insurance . she could have call them if there was a way to prove our vehicles are bad. she did not call them. We don't know the reason. We encourage customers when traveling to have back up plans and to contact our after hrs number and listen the directions given. hopefully we can serve them again we are always willing to help. Due to Privacy concerns we don't upload any customers information, contracts etc... we care for our customers. Sincerely **********************.
