    I went to ************* in Feb of 2024 for body work on Progressive Claim: ********** it is now Sept and it has been incredibly difficult to communicate with *** from Pro-Tech Auto he is never in the shop or sick according to the employees that work there and refuses to return phone calls.I have gone into the shop to speak with *** and he hides in the back refusing to communicate with **** no longer wish to use Pro-Tech Auto for the repairs and have informed *** and Pro Tech Auto of this and they refuse to return calls or communicate.*** also had me believing that I still owed for my deductible when it was taken from the settlement before he was paid.He is continually looking for ways to manipulate customers financially and receive payments for services never rendered.

    Date of Transaction : 9-15-2022 The amount of money my insurance paid to the business: $4,736.23 What the business committed to provide you: Transmition replacement on 07 infinity m35 Nature of dispute: The shop does not answer any of my phone calls. ProTech has had my car since 9-8-2022. The insurance company (Assurant) has paid them for the job already, and i do not know what is going on with my car.Did the business try to resolve the problem: No i have made many phone calls for months, and none of my calls has been answered. I have drove to the shop and talked to Mark the owner twice. He claims my car is at ********* infinity.
