      ***** bankruptcy in September 2024. Northwest Debt Relief set me up on automatic payment plan and NO payments have been deducted from my account. I've reached out to the attorney by text and email and she will not respond back. I've called multiple times and reached a call center. They say they will have "billing" call me back BUT no one has returned my calls. I called again today and they suggested that I continue calling every day until someone calls me back.

      Debtor was set up to make monthly installments through bridge legal, an automated payment system and did not set up her account to be able to access it. Her payments did not run, We had 1 missed telephone call from the 15th and an email the 21st which was responded to. We have re-set the payment system and her February payment has been cleared. The issue has been resolved completely.
