    The time of the order the item was not on back order until after the sale. The. It took too long I canceled the order, they had unprofessional customer service and there was never a receipt of the sale that was made, and a falsely generated document of sale. Unprofessional, lacks honesty, and unresponsive to emails, since phone calls dont work and they hung up on me after I asked him not to call me hun in a condescending tone. Never again Ill do business with these guys, no communication even to the actual point of sale transaction.Charges made to my account that were never approved, and way too much information from the boss about firing the guy who disrespects customers, really a waste of time to even bother with this place and its a challenge to look them up to see if the site is reported because of the name changes

    We do not find any order under the name and the order number is not in our system.

    There is another online retailer with a similar name and we wonder if maybe this complaint should be with them and not www.biketiresdirect.com

    We were able to reach the customer via the phone, found the order, gave her information that the refund was already given, sent her an email with the refund documentation. All is cleared up now.

    They don't honor warranties! I purchased 2 Continental bike tires on 5-6-22. I took my bike to the shop on 3-4-23, 8 month old tires. They discovered cracks in the sidewalls on both tires. I sent pictures to Bike tires direct. They refused to replace the tires. They blamed it on everything, dry rotting (they're not old enough, unless they set in their warehouse for several years), road conditions. They were reaching for every ridiculous scenario posable. These tires shouldn't be that fragile, their excuses are total bs. Instead of doing the right thing, they decided to go this route.
