      I had a wax service that cost $133 and unfortunately I didnt receive the service correctly because there are pretty big obvious patches on my legs that I noticed after my visit. I emailed the salon and awaiting the reply but I do not want to go back, I simply want a refund for the service as I cant be sure I will receive quality service after not the first time around

      I am rejecting this response because: I received a voicemail this morning about getting the areas fixed however because it was already done wrong once for the amount i paid i dont trust that anyone will do a proper job. You have already ruined a customers trust and I dont plan on going back ever again. I plan to find somewhere else that is thorough and reliable. I simply want to be refunded for the leg service as that is the area with the most issues.

      It is unreasonable that a first time guest would opt to file a complaint with BBB as opposed to attempting to resolve the issue in a timely and reasonable manner. We have attempted 2 times to reach out to the guest to make the situation right- and instead she wishes to pursue a complaint through the BBB process. We have refunded the entire amount of her service - please see attached.
