- The 45-Day return- Merchandise ordered from our website may be returned in its original condition within 45 days of the initial ship date. The initial ship date is the date your package left our warehouse and is stated in the shipping notification email. Providing the returned merchandise has not been installed or altered, and arrives at our warehouse complete and un-damaged, we will process a credit for the returned item. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
After 45 Days - In the event a merchandise return is received after 45 days from the ship date we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking fee of 20%. We accept returns for partial credit if they are received up to 90 days after the initial ship date.
Items received more than 90 days from the initial ship date will be returned and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please package your return carefully! Any merchandise that is incomplete or damaged in return shipment is not eligible for refund.
Special orders conducted by phone may require either a higher re-stocking fee or be non-returnable. Such special conditions will be disclosed at the time of quote or sale. - Business Categories
