      The people that were sent as security to our apartment complex did not provide anything related to security nor professionalism. They took over a Community room for the residents as their personal breakroom every night after the management had left. They would spend most of the night there locking the residents out and inviting friends over to watch ** with them until the ** was damaged on their watch watch and had to be replaced so no apartment member could visit and watch ** anymore. Even during a heat during an emergency weather situation for high temperatures was declared, they blocked residents from entering the only room that had air conditioning and was supposed to be provided as an emergency cooling shelter for the residents who are not allowed to have window air conditioners and cannot afford portable air conditioners in most circumstances as it is a low income building. They, however stayed cool all night there in the Community Room. There were also many instances of the "security" opening the doors and allowing entry into the building without key fobs as is required. The only reason they left that room was so that they could go scan the barcodes on each floor they are required to scan as proof the checked all levels. Aside from that there was no rounds of security outside the building being performed or any other security measures taken. They were rude and confrontational with the residents the residents and did not listen to instructions from management.
