*************************** is a complete *****. He sold me a car with a cracked transmission, that he was well aware of. He pretended he was a private party over *********** though the previous owner had filed the notice of sale to bc remarketing. He told me his parents gave him the car and had it a year and a half. After driving it for about a tank of gas, its started making noises. I took it in to a ****** dealer when the transmission started slipping. within seconds of having it on the lift, they saw that the transmission was cracked. they pulled the carfax and saw it had a transmission service at a shop nearby a month prior to purchasing it. I was able to get the service history and saw it was diagnosed a month before he sold it to me with a cracked transmission. I contacted the previous owner who was on the service ticket and he shared with me the ******** ad showing the car was for sale for $3000, as Undrivable and needed a transmission replacement. He put that on the bill of sale as well. ***** lied through his teeth about everything. He was cited by the *** for multiple failures of a licensed dealer for title handling, selling off his premise, failure to provide notices of sales, and lying to the *** investigator. I'm still without a resolution as I await his b-rate surety bond company to either pay for the car or pay for the transmission. His business address is for *******************, a used dealer with an abundance of reviews of people who found themselves with a broken car shortly after leaving the dealership. Avoid this dishonest person like the plague

The dealer, ****** sold me a 2012 ***** on Nov 14,2022. I paid him cash in full and filled out his paperwork for registration for plates. He told me he is a dealer and I paid him taxes, licensing fee and new plates on the purchase price. After 30 days and the temp expired, I received no plates. So I contacted him and he kept pushing me off and saying it is being process, and problems with his secretary. After 60 after of temp expired, I insisted on going with him to the *** to settle this matter. Upon arriving at the ***, he told me he forgot his wallet and had me paid for the licensing fee, with later reimbursement. I had no choice but to continue in order to get my plates and the title transfer. After I have contacted ****** multiple times for reimbursements but no response.
