    On 3/31/25 I wired $1125.00 to container ease to purchase 20 foot container. Ive never received container and have requested a full refund several times. They promised refund in 4/14/25 still nothing and now wont accept calls or respond to text.

    The shipping container I ordered has not arrived. The order was placed on January 11, 2025. On January 16 I received an email notification that the container would be delivered in 4 days. Since then there has been no communication or delivery. Container Ease initially answered my phone call prior to placing the order, but now no longer answers the phone, accepts voice messages, or replies to emails. I have politely requested a full refund with no reply. Only a refund is acceptable at this point.

    We placed a order for 2- 40ft insulated high cube containers for $******* delivered to our physical address in ****, ******. The payment was made via a wire transfer of *******. We were told that we would receive the containers at our location within 7-8 days. We have emailed and text the company with no response. The phone number listed goes straight to voice mail with no response to our messages. We have requested a full refund with no response.
