    I signed a contract with a Children'ss Space after we talked for 3hrs and agreed she would charge me 200 per week for the first month of service from 10am to 3pm.She called me at work on the second day and didn't know what to do to calm down my daughter because she didn't want to nap. Then again Thursday she said my daughter was not napping and she couldn't take a break. Her job is supposed to watch kids and have experience taking care of them and she didnt know how. Also in our conversations I stated very clear not to share information with my ex and she did on a couple of occasions when he pick up my daughter. She also told me to come back to the childcare when I drive because this was not working on the 4rd day! She didn't even wait for the whole month. She broke the contract and cashed my check without my authorization. I am willing to pay for the 4 days of care but after so much struggle and she making me waste my time and money she should give me a complete refund. I do not think is fare she put me thru grief and didn't even know how to take care of my daughter she lies on her website and its not alright. I am a single mom and its not alright she shares my private information with anyone I do not authorized to. I don't trust this woman and I would like my daughters personal information get back to me as well as all the documents I gave her. I don't trust her and I don't feel safe she could share with my ex and I don't want that its not safe for us. She didn't do her job and still cashed the check I gave her. I don't think its alright she needs to give me a full refund. I called and text her and she ignored my messages and didn't go back to me inspite I told her not to cash my check and I would paid for the days she care but with cash she still went ahead and cashed my check!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It is not acceptable she called me on the second day of childcare she called me after a couple hrs. of care and told me ****** was very upset. All of the events that happened after has nothing to do with her policies and handbook, she never follow the handbook or respected the contract. She also shared private information with someone I specifically asked not to share information with. There are many things she did that lead me to not trust her or have her caring for my daughter. She didn't know how to calm her down and kept telling me she needed to nap. Kids need time to adjust she was not giving her time to adjust instead she would call me and complaint about ****** not sleeping during the nap for the other two babies. That's when she used to take her break she said as a complaint to me. She also told me " You should come back when you drive so you can bring her at 8am" that's the last thing she said and its her who broke the contract not me.

    That's why I want my money refunded. She asked to come back when I drive even thought I told her I didn't drive since the beginning and our agreement was for her to care for ****** from 10am to 3pm for 200 per week. She asked for 2 weeks in advance but she never said she wouldn't refund. I expect her to refund out of her own human decency and because she was the one who broke the contract not me. I am a single mom and I work very hard for little money. She didn't comply with the contract. Didn't respect any of her own terms and therefore I want my money refunded.

    I do not access my email often, dont understand why you close my case, there was no resolution on my case and english is not my first language the woman at the childcare rip me off and we had a call where she told me clearly not to bring ****** until i drive, and that is not on the contract of course! i dont understand how this works but i dont think this is fare at all

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Contract was never signed by her and return to me, I signed and gave it to her and ask for a copy that she never provided, also there was not such thing as 30 days notice because she is the one who broke the contract on a phone call verbally not on WhatsApp, she also broke my trust by disclosing information i asked several times not to share, she endangered me and my daughter by doing so, we had a verbal agreement where she told me we would do a month trial withs schedule 10am to 3pm for one entire month and she would evaluate if she would accept ****** or not, she never talked about making the contract valid and she told me i could tell her if i was not comfortable in those 2 weeks without any repercussion. I did all the things she asked me for even answer her calls when I was working and she didn't know how to care for my daughter! 

    Technically we were not under contract I just did all the paper work she asked me because she asked for it and i trusted her not for her to this kind of action on a single mom nor less!

    People like her should not run a business and not scam single moms and keep our money as I work so hard to make for her to ripped me off this is not ok.

    She never signed the contract therefore contract should not be valid she didn't signed and didn't gave me back a copy so technically the contract was never complete. I don't want to take her to small claims court for such amount but I would out principle if she continue refusing to accept her responsibility on this matter, she ripped me off, lied, cheat and disclosed personal information with someone i asked her several times not to share information. I am entitle to full refund but I would accept if she return 250 for all the inconvenience and waste of my time and money, if she failed to accept her responsibility I would proceed to search for other options as I don't want her to keep ripping people off specially single moms!
