    Oregon Chimney Repair came out in August 2024. I informed the *** that my fireplace does not have a strings that I am use to on the outside of the fireplace. He looked inside the fireplace and said the damper is located inside the fireplace. He opened the damper and informed me the handle was broken. Fast forward to today. My ac/ heating bills have doubled because he left the damper open. I contacted the company to ask for the *** to come back out to close it and that I planned to still use their service. The *** said he did not open the damper which was a lie because prior to him coming in my home for the quote, I was never able to see up the chimney. I am frustrated with Oregon Chimney Repair for their customer service and lack of care and follow through. All I was asking is for the *** to come back out and close the damper. He said he did not want you. Oregonian's beware of Oregon Chimney Repair. Use them at your own risk.
