    Purchased on: 28 Nov. 2023 They offer a 30 days money back guarantee Contacted 999Custom.com by text. Sent them a photo and shipping label. Explained to them that we were not satisfied with the hat. They said there is nothing wrong with it. We explained to them that the pictures that they show are deceiving and that the hat looks terrible and very cheap. They refused to send a refund and when we try to call them, they never answer their phone. Just a terrible product. Order number: 999-64798 Purchasers name: ********************* Amount of purchase: $17.99 In the photos it looks like the hat is embroidered and stitched. It is none of these.They are not honoring their 30 day money back guarantee. It is on their website.

    [BBB transcription via mail, see attachment]I ordered this army hat on Nov 12, 2023 On the computer. I have not gotten yet as of Dec 28/ That is almost 1 1/2 months. I would like to have the hat or my money back.Ordered number is 999-62763
