    I made a purchase of $142.99 on April 17, 2025 to Alive and Free motorcycle company. Ive read on their website that they are a small business and it takes time to get your order out understandable. With that being said it is now June 28, 2025. Ive wrote several emails with absolutely no response whatsoever. I had tracking numbers but with no movement in shipping.

    On April 7th I purchased $80.90 worth of merchandise from Alive and Free. I was provided a tracking number that shows that the product has not been shipped and only a shipping label has been created. It is now May 29th and I still have not received any merchandise from them. I have tried to contact them via their customer service email only to receive no response. I am now moving forward to report this transaction as fraud with my credit card company.

    I purchased two hoodies for the amount of $171.85 with express mailing fee i chose to get these items quicker. on 3/18/2025. on March 26th I inquired about my order and recieved a message back from company support. " I apologize I have been closed moving the shop and my home. I am shipping again as of today and will continue to ship through the week. thank you for your patience." On march 30th I recieved another message from the company that " I just got back to shipping ill have you tracking in the AM." I never recieved a tracking number anything more. a tracking number was created with **** but not valid and has never left the state of ******. on 04/11/2025, I reached back out to inquire that i am displeased at the wait time and never recieved a response. going on roughly 3 months of a purchase and never receiving. I sent another message stating 05/5/2025 that I will be filing a complaint. that this company is not legit and is a scam. I

    I placed an order on 3/11/25. I have reached out to the company a couple times and they always respond that items would be worked on soon or this week. Then after every week it is not worked on. I have not been able to verify that this company actually has the items to ship to customers. Are you able to reach out and verify anything regarding this company actually being legitimate. I am trying to figure out how to get my money back but there is no true response from them regarding that.

    I had placed an order with the business March 7. They took out $89 and some change. I waited two weeks still no tracking number. Myshipment says that its in pre-shipment still Ive emailed the company several times some response telling me that they are moving the business and theyll start shipping out I waited another week. Still nothing I asked for a refund with no reply. It is now into April. I am very frustrated because these shirts that I had ordered were gifts. I was really excited about supporting their company, hoping to get this resolved.

    I purchased 3 items from their website and emailed them twice about a status, due to never receiving my merchandise. My debit card was charged, but never received my items. The purchase was in June and should have been sent within a few days from purchasing.I emailed them twice and never got a response from the company about anything. I dont believe the company will ever send me my items but still took my money.

    Bought Shirts from them on 6/6/23. Was told 6/27/23 that my order would ship soon. Soon after the website shutdown and no reply to emails. Never received my order or have been contacted since 6/27/23.

    I placed an online order on the website on 6/19 for $36.92. I waited for weeks and realized I never received my order. I emailed the company 2X and finally they got back to me with my invoice # and stating they got backed up on orders and they will get to it as soon as possible. See email attachments.The transaction was made through paper fortune when I reviewed my bank statement. I called my bank and they also thought it was fraudulent. I emailed a couple more times as I never received my item and now see that the website is gone and there is zero presence on social media. I also see that many others have been scammed since 2021 even!!! What!?! Seriously disappointing that this has gone in that long. And scary that these people have gained access to my bank account.

    Ordered $85.56 worth of merchandise (t shirts and sweat shirt) on 5/10/23. *** keeps saying he shipped it when he doesnt. Gave me tracking but never sent the package. Has acknowledged that he has not taken care of it then lies about shipping again. I want my money back.

    On may 29th 2023 I placed an order through their website for a bruiser canvas vest and protect your pack patch. Used a coupon and the total was for $53.39 for both items and shipping.The Order number was #**** The estimated delivery date was slated for June 8th- June 13th.I emailed their customer support on June 6th inquiring on a tracking number, since I was never given one. On the 8th of June I reached out to their Instagram account to be told I would receive a tracking number, which never was received. When bringing up the fact that I was never sent tracking information or received a reply the following day, I was met with passive aggressive reply that they were in their day job and my messages were never read or replied since Sat. I emailed the company 3 separate times, initially asking for an update on my order (6/6 for the first email, 6/8 for the second), and lastly asking for a refund on the did not receive a reply till the 11th. I was told my order would be shipped out already due to it being pulled, as of the 15th, I have yet to receive the order, or even a tracking number. They have yet to reply to my messages on Instagram, or through email, pertaining to my order. And the few times I have been replied, little to no information was given, & nothing was resolved. I simply want a refund For my order. Order number #**** No tracking # was ever given.
