    I placed an order on Saturday. Once I placed the order, I immediately realized I made a mistake in sizing... I ordered a men's size but I needed to adjust to fit a woman's foot (my daughter). There was no way to cancel my order, no way to edit it. I tried emailing the support email that is posted on the website -- it was bounced back to me as undeliverable. I tried calling the support phone number -- the call went straight to a voicemail box that was full. I tried emailing 4 more times! All bounced back. There was no way to fix my order. Come Monday, I sent the email AGAIN. It went through. They responded and told me it was too late, the order shipped. So apparently, this company can TAKE orders on the weekend, but they shut down all customer support options until business hours resume. I now have to wait for my order from ***** to be able to return it to get my money back. I wish 0 stars was an option. **************** is terrible. I hope others can benefit from this information!
