    I made a purchase May 2024 and never received part of my order. I have called and emailed over the last few months with no response. I have paid for a ******************************************************************* have the $14.99 returned on my credit card.

    On 1-31-24 I ordered 3, 5 pound bags of whole bean coffee. I received 2 bags but never the 3rd. I tried calling and was greeted by a medical supply company, not west coast coffee company. I emailed every day for more than a month, begging for either a refund, or preferably the coffee, or at least a response of ANY kind. Nothing. (Confirmation #*******). Id really like to get my money back.

    I ordered coffee from this company and waited for a month nothing no email no coffee went online to my account to find they had discontinued my coffee and didnt email me to let me know so Ive emailed them 3 times Ive messaged them on instant messenger have not gotten one response about a refund so I was reaching out for some help

    I received the wrong product for an order I placed on 8/23/23 (Confirmation #*******). I ordered a 5lb bag of decaf coffee but I received a 5lb bag of caffeinated coffee. Simple mix-up that I thought would be no problem to fix. I emailed ********************************************************* per the website's instructions and did not receive a response after 3 follow-up emails. The response came from someone named ************************************** ************************ and ************************************************************************ and they said they "put in a replacement for me," however, I never received a replacement and ****** never responded to any of my follow-up messages. Then, I ordered a new bag of coffee on 12/03/2023 (Confirmation #*******) which as of today (01/18/2024) is still pending even though they charged me the full amount ($41.94). I've emailed them several times asking where the order is, but no one responded to my emails again. I finally decided to call the number listed on their website *************) and what sounds like a human is actually just a recording, and the recording has nothing to do with West Coast Coffee, or coffee at all. It's a recording of someone trying to sell you medical supplies. I tried calling back again to attempt to get through to a human but couldn't, and then re-dialed to make sure I actually put in the correct number. Same thing. I randomly tried to call once more and the line went dead after the first ring, almost as if they blocked my number.
