      I allegedly registered for an online course with PCC in Fall 2023, which I never attended any sessions. They claim they sent emails about the bill I owe to my student email account, which I was not aware I had as I was not even aware I was a student at the time. I appealed the bill they keep trying to collect with me and was denied. I next disputed it through my credit card and won. I thought the issue was behind me, but am now receiving calls from them again threatening to send me to collections. I eventually did register for a class with PCC, for which I paid, and my account is in good standing. I do not ever plan to take any classes with PCC ever again after this experience with a horrible excuse for an educational institution.

      Someone registered for a non credit online class under my name. I had no idea until I got a past bill notice in the mail. I haven't attended PCC in over 5 years, so I called them to see what was going on and what that bill was for. They said they would look into it and see if it was fraud. They called me back a little over a week later and told me someone must of logged in and registered but they show they were not active in the class but I am still responsible for the bill. Makes no sense. They then told me to speak to the small business department which I called multiple times and left voicemail and emailed. Finally, one week later they get back to me stating they can't do anything but do see no one participated in the course that I need to contact PCC registrar. So I reach out to them and its been over a week and still no solution. I was also told this will be reported to my credit if I don't pay.
