We had paid for our service on 3/8 in full and have the payment confirmation as transaction statement from our bank for it. The business indicate that the person that was orginally incharge of processing the payment was no longer with the company. We had originally worked with ******* and on 3/8 she had sent the payment link for us to pay via email. We had paid for our services on 3/8 as shown in our bank statement and payment confirmation. On 5/29 ***** had contacted us and indicated that the payment wasn't applied to our account and she was worried that ******* might have processed the payment in to her own account prior to her departure. I sent ***** the payment confirmation and my bank statements show that the payments had process. She had asked for me to contact my bank for an Auth. number. I contacted my bank and provided the Auth number. She then asked that I ask the bank for the acutal account number that the payment went in to. I contacted my bank and they weren't about to provide that information due to privacy. I am not too sure what is going on as I had already payed for this service and had provided the receipts and statements to support. $1975 was already paid and then an additional $2005.00 was paid on 3/8. It seems the payment might have been taken by the internal employee and the business should contact the previous employee for the grievance instead of asking me to pay again for a service that I had already paid for.

    Business Response

We are sorry that she is frustrated with this, we are too.   We understand that she does not want to pay for this twice but we are just looking to be paid once.   We provided the service she requested and unforunately, the check she wrote to us was declined due to insufficient funds.   Had her check cleared, none of this would be happening.

She states that she has paid this debt with a credit card.   Unfortunately, we show no such record.   We've had multiple people have reviewed our bank account and we show no such payment being recieved.   As it stands, this balance is still outstanding.

If she can provide us with proof that these funds were transferred to our bank accouunt, we would  be happy to credit her account for that payment.   To date, we have received nothing that proves that these funds were paid to our bank account.   Without this proof, this balance is still due.

As to our former employee, we have audited business activities during her employment and show nothing that indicates any improprieties.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have provided the payment confirmation as well as the money being taken out of my account. The business has not provided any proof of the payment not being in their account or any proof on their end. I have provided many examples of proof that supports this payment was paid for from my account. As well as document emailed by their company showing that it was paid.

    Sincerely,
