The purchase date was August 25th. I purchased the order on Apple's official website with my account balance. On the morning of August 26th, I canceled the order without my knowledge and locked my account and balance, which made my account and balance unusable. Let me use my account and balance normally, I asked Apple's customer service has been shirking the responsibility.

There are charges for Tik Tok on my Apple ID which I did not make. Apple refuses to refund about $600 in charges. I spoke to three separate employees within one week time, one supposedly a senior adviser who hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone above her pay grade. She denied my claim. Reasoning was, If a minor uses my phone and creates unauthorized charges Im responsible for all charges because I gave them access to my phone. She mentioned if I dont set up family sharing, I am responsible. I thought family sharing was family and friends on your mobile account. Today is the first day I learned about family sharing on a device. Unfortunately I was not brought up with technology and I still dont understand. Also, to my knowledge you have to have a credit/debit card on file to set up your Apple device. This is not buyers remorse I do not or have not ever used Tik Tok in my life.******,Concerned US citizen
