      I requested a check be mailed to me for my balance of $***** in the Bumped App. ***** a support agent for Bumped, told me via email on May 2, 2022 that a check had been mailed to my address on file, which we also confirmed is indeed the correct address. Today is May 26, 2022 and I still have NOT received my check. When I login to Bumped, it appears that my balance remains unchanged. I should be seeing a reduction of ***** if, in fact, a check was mailed to me, but it looks like those funds are still sitting in my Bumped account. Nothing has been withdrawn to pay me out via check in the mail as agreed upon.

      After a review, we determined that there was a gap in our internal processes that resulted in the user experiencing a delay in receiving a check withdrawal from their brokerage account. Once this was identified and escalated within Bumped, we worked with the user to resolve this and promptly sent the requested check. Bumped has not received further contact from the user and believe that the user has (or will soon) receive the check in the mail. In our last correspondence with the user, they indicated that they were satisfied with the steps taken to resolve the issue.
