The Finity Group is sending spam emails. The one I received today was from ********************************* <***************************************************************>.

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for letting us know of this concern. We respect peoples privacy and anyone who wishes to be removed from our email list can hit the unsubscribe button in the email or contact us directly to be removed from our invitation list and added to our no-contact list. We will remove him from our list and add him to the *** list. Anyone else who whishes not to be contacted can reach out to us directly. We have removed the individual from our contact list. We would respectfully request he remove his complaint from the BBB website.
Please note we purchase leads from a credible source and have had thousands of individuals elect to join our educational webinars.

I am rejecting this response because: Sending an unsolicited email is spam, regardless of whether or not you include an unsubscribe link. On top of making me opt-out of something I never signed up for, it's also a security risk. Why in the world would I click a link in an unsolicited email?
