    I bought ***** commercial mower After one year it started vibrating i paid **** for the mower.I dropped off right away when it started making a noise.I talked to ***** he said your mower its pretty bad.I asked what would it take to have it running with out the vibration.He said we can replace the crank shaft for 450 i said go ahead and get it done.I picked it up and basically put it my garage did not use it because i was told that it needed new blades to be balanced.I bought the blades was getting ready to replace took one bolt out and the other bolt was jammed in the mower sideways.I called ***** he said it was fine when we sent it out but i had not used it because of the blades.he said you must of over tighten the bolt I said no i use hand tools.The problem here is that the mower was making that same bivrating when i dropped it off.I spoke to ***** he said drop it off and we will take it apart and see if the crank shaft its bent.I stopped by to check on the mower after several weeks and he mowed wasnt even in the system.the guy at the counter had no idea what was going on.***** just reach out to me 2/9/23 he said the mower has a bent crank shaft again and need to replace for 750.I said no i will pick it up.At this point im not sure the work was done in the first place or done correct.Stark has 2 store close by my house but i like going there because i felt like the work was being done correctly.I had my wife take the mower back to stark in portland which is 45 minutes away to deal with the jammed bolt.I just want this to be resolved Im really upset and frustrated.

    First off I am sorry you are having to deal with this issue once again, not ideal for either party involved and I can see where your frustration is coming from. With that said I can say without a doubt the original repair on your ***** commercial mower was done correctly and was tested after the repair to ensure the issue had been resolved. We understand sometimes we might not get things right the first time which is why we warranty all of our shop work for a period thirty days. Once a machine leaves it is up to the customer to ensure the problem has been fixed and to report back to us right as soon as possible if they feel it has not. This particular repair was completed and picked up on August 9th, 2022 and was not brought to our attention until December of 2022, needless to say completely outside of our warranty. Upon a no charge inspection we found evidence of on the mower blades of a strong solid object impact which leads us to believe something was struck again by the user resulting in the issue as before. We are more than willing to work with you on cost of parts as we know you are a good customer but we do not feel based on our findings that our initial repair failed and that ultimately the end user should bare responsibility.
