      They dont deserve any stars. The very rude cashier over charged me for an item according to the shelve price . Refused to give me the correct price when I requested. I then asked to return the item .she refused to do that as well. I called the corporate office 3 times requesting area manager to call me. She never did! Never going back to that store!!!

      I just witnessed a counterperson rip off a homeless woman for her can money, then passively aggressively tried to tell her that is was her fault. Im disgusted. I ended up giving the women the money she was shorted because I felt so terrible for her being ripped off and then being dismissed so aggressively. Sincere, Disappointed.

      The reviews about this Plaid Pantry all seem to be about the same cashier, "********" who is notably rude to customers. I assumed there's no way that person could still work there with that many negative reviews, and I was in a hurry so decided to visit anyway to get some drinks.I should've believed the reviews.ACCURATE AF.After getting to the counter, I asked the woman at the counter nicely if they had any bags and said I'd like one.Her reply verbatim: "I usually like to ask people if they want a bag AFTER I ring them up",..said with an eye roll in THE MOST CONDESCENDING AND RUDE TONE I've probably ever heard from someone in customer service.I'm just like ?? really??After ignoring her rudeness and just trying to finish, I say "the receipt in the bag is fine thx", but instead she goes out of her way to hold the receipt out to me literally refusing to drop the receipt in my bag as she dead-eyes me I guess to prove some point until I have to take it from her hand.Now I'm just like?? wtf is this lady's deal...so weird and unprofessional, how does she have this job...I was almost stunned by the audacity of her apparent need to, I guess, put me in my place or something lol,...for asking for a bag...??.... I looked at the name tag and what do ya know... '********' from all the bad ****** reviews. Her whole attitude out of nowhere was so ridiculous that I laughed and thanked her for proving EVERY SINGLE BAD REVIEW about her on ****** to be true.Wow ******** at Plaid, you are truly lacking any self awareness. You must not respect yourself, your job, or your employer enough to be better. To be kind and good to people instead of spiteful for no reason. I mean it's not like you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE or anything ??. You certainly don't respect your customers AT ALL and it shows. Sure are a lot of people on here saying they won't be back to this Plaid Pantry because of you. I'm another one.

      Worst company I have worked for. All they care about it is money, not their employees. I have seen them hire drug addicts, I have delt with employees who have used the lobby as their own "bedroom" with several partners and not get fired. Higher *** play favorites, if they don't like you, you will get wrote up for things that are nonsense but their favorite won't. You bust your a** just to make pennies. While the lazy clerks gets the gift cards and the pats on the back. Thank goodness the customers and the health insurance are decent.IF YOU CAN DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THE ***** OF THE PLAID PANTRY!!

      If you think the employees are rude to customers, you'd be absolutely right.If you think the employees are limiting their services on purpose, you'd be absolutely right.If you think the employees are scamming the customers, you'd be absolutely right.****, employees are scamming other employees! This an absolutely toxic company, run by unscrupulous people,and should be ridden out of town on a rail! DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! I REPEAT, DO NOT! Hands down the worst company I have EVER worked for. They need to be investigated, because there's probably other shady things going on, as well.
