    I ordered my sons costume on October 7, 2024 and even paid to have it shipped to our home faster than regular shipping! Total came out to $149.00 and they accepted my payment ONLY under the guarantee it will be here no longer than 10days! We are now going on the 21st of October and it still shows processing! My son has bought the all the accessories for his costume and even went as far as growing out his hair to look exactly like his character! I have left several emails with this company and their response is that they will have it here before Halloween but nothing!! They are 5 days past the time I paid for my extra shipping to be here and no one is giving me a straight answer and now its to late to try and get another costume and my son is going to be so DEVASTATED AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO! I am so emotional stressed dealing with this company and how they just keep putting us off!! Please someone help us!! ACTUALLY I PURCHASED THIS ON THE 6th of October 2024

    I ordered 2 costumes and a wig in November, paid for expedited shipping but did not recieve the order for over a month. The 2 costumes were not accurate to the listing photos. One of them was salvageable but the other costume was completely different than the listing. Quality was poor, the colors were wrong, it was missing details/embellishments.. the listing was not what I received. I have emailed the business photos and information but they did not want to help until I felt like it was a scam and told them. They offered a partial 10% refund on the one item that was $120+ which I do not feel is correct. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Item description listed on their website did not match what I received. It stated products I was supposed to receive but it was not in shipment. ************** items were suppose to have symbol on jacket. It came with no labeling. Fabric quality poor and cheap looking. Stated in item description, I would receive gloves. No gloves in my shipment. Colors of clothes did not match what I was supposed to have received.

    Was able to get my money back after my complaint. Just letting you know since my complaint still wasn't responded to yet by the business.
