      VERY Disappointed! Was really seeking a crate and shipping of family items after mother passed away. All items were already packed wrapped and just needed to be placed in a crate and shipped to two locations. We did NOT want third party shipping. We did not want the items to be going from truck to truck. When they got the items to the wherehouse they repacked some items without speaking to us beforehand, and then they overcharged us and built crates larger than needed, when we said we did not understand that the items would not be insured, because they would be going out to a 3rd party shipping and insurance is extra with them, we said we would use ***** Freight for shipping, but we had been reaching out to the the owner since day one of our items getting picked up to better understand this complete mishap, of course he was unavailable, I was told he was out of town, my sister called and he was on another call, then heading out to lunch, this is so frustrating I was emailing him and no response and we had no other option other than to pay the OVERPRICED charge for the crate and get out items picked up asap. WATCH OUT this guy will LIE to you to get your business. I was so willing to work with him and give a good review for the guys that work there and picked up out items they were VERY nice to my sister and I during this very sad and upsetting time of losing our mother and wanting to take care of our family items. I asked to work with **** and he just would not. Just another man taking advantage of women during a time of grief. SO very sad that this still happens. He wonder what HIS mother would think of what he did a quick buck.
