I have a line of credit with OP and I pay it every month. When I attempt to pay it off in full I am left with a balance consisting of a few cents with no way to pay off the remainder. OnPoint reported a .47 balance to ******* reporting agency for .47. I have a Home Equity line of credit with them, a credit card, and a line of credit not to mention I have financed several cars through them. To report me to a credit reporting agency over .47 is absolutely absurd and boarders on unreasonable business practices. I even paid it twice!

So I got scammed and On Point froze my account. I found out when i was trying to get into my checking account. I went in person to file the claim. They told me that they will wait for the fake checks to bounce and get in touch with me. I have called the person that helped me and never returned any of my calls. I have called and they will not transfer me to the fraud department. My savings is at a negative balance and yet On Point is requesting for me to bring that balance to a positive within 45 days or I will get sent to collections! Not only has OnPoint taken my last two paychecks from my direct deposit but they also want more money! What should have happened is that they should have not ALLOWED any funds to be put into my account as well as taken out of my account. This has been going on since April 2025 and I still have no answers! I have been with OnPoint for so long and this is how I get treated! I WILL be filing a claim again OnPoint Credit Union. They SUCK!

I was unable to pay my rent on the due date because the bank decided my block debit card because I filed disputes with Xfinity double-charging me in one month and Apple billing me for services I dont even ******* apartment doesnt accept checks without prior verification, which meant I was stuck with no way to pay, just hours before the *********** a single mother whos survived domestic violence. I live paycheck to paycheck, and I cant afford to ignore when companies double-charge me or charge me for things I dont need. Ive been a customer of ********************** for over ten years, but its clear they no longer care about their customers, and thats incredibly disappointing.Ive already withdrawn my money, and come Monday, Ill be switching to a new bank. I refuse to allow any company to treat me like this. No warning, no explanationjust a sudden loss of access to my own money.

I am married to a teacher. OnPoint told us we were eligible candidates for their Homeroom mortgage program, advertising 0% down with no PMI for teachers. We were intrigued, and spoke with 2 separate members of OnPoint staff about the program in addition to reviewing their website. We told them we had $30k for a down payment. At no point were we informed that the interest rate for the Homeroom mortgage is significantly higher than a traditional mortgage. AFTER being sent to underwriting and having a hard credit pull, which lowered our credit score, OnPoint presented us with an extremely uncompetitive interest rate despite our outstanding credit score. When I contacted them about our unhappiness with this, they denied any deceptive business practices, and told us they only ever recommend the Homeroom mortgage to borrowers who plan to put 0% down. This is a lie, as the program was marketed to me by an OnPoint employee I spoke with on the phone as a great option for our situation. They also told me the interest rate information was available on their website. After spending some more time looking, this appears to be true, but the information is intentionally hidden off of the main mortgage lending web page. I told them I would have expected them to refer me to this webpage BEFORE completing a hard credit pull, to which they had no reply. I believe OnPoint's Homeroom mortgage is intentionally designed to prey on teachers with low financial literacy by withholding critical information about interest rates and presenting them with a noncompetitive rate and a damaged credit score, making it more difficult to then find another lender. As I now see plainly from the myriad 1 star reviews and complaints on BBB, this is not a reputable financial institution.

OnPoint Community Credit Union is utilizing illegal and fraudulent business practices to seize Federal tax refunds from severed customers/clients. ********************** ********************** CU has been advised, and is fully aware that ONLY the Federal and State Government entity are eligible to seize debt and/or reparations, and any attempts from any other party is a direct illegal act, and fraudulent. Their unprofessional behaviors, and actions are a direct reflection of the organizations leadership and management, and is surely a slight window into other illegal actions and behaviors that have a direct negative effect on Oregonians, Veterans, Americans and other community members, most of which are a disadvantaged population. I opened an account using the name I have recently completed a formal name change for. Onpoint accepted everything to get my deposit but now wants to pretend like some magical entity put this money into my account. They sent a cashiers check when they drafted my card knowing that I walked out of their branch because they began trying to demand documents of me they didn't require to open my account.

OnPoint online banking is always showing I have a negative balance when I 100% do not. I will deposit money and all of a sudden my account is negative, I will start panicking and worrying and the NEXT DAY, it will be updated with the correct amount. As someone who has some mental health diagnosis this has caused me incredible stress. As a customer I should be able to trust my bank and know that what it is showing is correct.. I have overdraft protection to DECLINE any purchase if there isnt enough money and yet every single month at least THREE times I am dealing with this. I dont want to switch banks because that is just ridiculous.. but the mental anguish this is causing is unreal.

on November 1st a ***** payment from my personal checking account ending in 6765 was made to ****** ****** who is my legal spouse. The transaction showed instantly as sent and recieved "within minutes". ****** never received a notification from *****/bank that the funds were received. He worked with his ******************* to get clarification in which they confirmed they don't partner with ***** and the funds were unable to be received and funds would be returned to merchant/sender (me). they referred him back to me. I called onPoint Online Services regarding the matter 11/8 in which I was told I had to wait until ******* waiting period for funds to "clear" and be able to return payment back to me. Assured me that around 11/15 I should expect to receive refund. That did not happen. Called Onpoint Online Services again 11/18 now they are stating that my payment does not show cancelled in fact successful payment and the funds have been cleared. "It shows that the receiver has indeed received this deposit with no issues". I cannot continue with this limbo and back and forth we're almost at 3 weeks since this has happened with NO action taken from either parties.
