      I started my account 4 years ago, and my hope was that I would create a relationship with a local bank, as a landlord, owning only one unit, I was hopeful that I would not experience the same type of treatment I get from the national banks. When I call, I found that I'm not talking to trailhead. .. yet some unknown company that answers their calls when they are TOO busy to answer the phone... And the people who answer... Can't actually help! But after 4 years making only 5 transactions per month. I'm looked at as someone who is some kind of criminal. My tenants insists on paying the rent with money orders, or occasionally cash. And Everytime I make a deposit in-person I'm treated like they never have seen me before... They insist on recording my ID and scrutinize my signature (signed in front of them) and each item to be deposited... They even charged me a fee because I transferred money from savings to checking the cover a purchase!!! "Because they HAD to track my account!!!" This was all done with in an hour... So they say they do things differently! Sure is unique being treated like a criminal when you are just making a deposit every month!
