I sent an institutional check to a pen-paling company because I seen the Better Business Logo on the Application/Brochure. It has been at least 45 days or longer and no response. The check was cashed. Can you check into this mater and respond back to me via mail.

    Date: 11/29/2022

Payment of $65, application, and bio were received for this customer on September 23, 2022. On the application received, he had indicated that he wanted to receive the How-To Brochure with Sample Ads. So this was mailed to him on September 25, 2022, with a letter letting him know that payment and ad submission had been received. In this letter I also asked him whether or he wanted to send any photos for publication as none had been received with payment. However, the materials and my letter were refused by his prison facility and returned to me with a stamp on the envelope stating "not at this address."

I have published his profile on November 2, 2022, with the application and bio I received from him. It may be viewed at this time on our website at Convictpenpals.com. I will mail him a copy of his profile and notification. He should be expecting to receive it and I ask him to please let me know if he does not. If he would still like to publish a photo, he may send it and I will post it on his ad. Also, if he provides me with an alternate address, such as a friend or relative, the ad copy and other materials can be sent there.

His business is very much appreciated.

    Sincerely,
