      **** denied cancer screening for me and my wife. The refused to pay for my wife's mammogram and denied my cancer screening. I had a referral from my doctor, because I had Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2016. The referral went through, and **** later denied coverage for the $500 doctor visit and lab work. They would rather their patients get cancer.

      I wish I could give negative stars. This company is just blatantly stealing your money. Why? They dont pay anything!! Its a scam. None of my Drs were in network and there are barely any where I live. ONE gastroenterologist in a city of 300k people. NO lab coverage. Zero, zip, ***** This scummy company happily took way too much of my money, only to cost me thousands more because no one is covered or in tier 1. The amount of stress they caused me over the last two years has been unreal. I hope they are investigated and prosecuted. Whoever is at the top, living in luxury off the money theyve stolen rots in h***

      Worst medicical insurance.DO NOT USE them they are shady. I don't even want to say what but the fact that I do should be enough to deter you from them.

      THE WORSE INSURANCE COMPANY ON THE PLANET! You would be better off not having insurance than having to deal with the denials and problems this company has caused me in the short 3 months of having them as an insurance provider. Then their prescription plan denied a script my doctor ****** **** said they denied it because THEY wanted me to take a different medication first! So, now they are practicing medicine too without a medical license! Ive never hated a company as much as Moda Health and the problems they have caused me in just 3 months! STAY FAR AWAY FROM MODA HEALTH! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LOWER *****! THE ***** ARE LOW BECAUSE THEY FO NOT PAY CLAIMS, ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!

      Dont ever trust Moda customer **********************!! I contact Moda about a specific procedure (provided the procedure code) in order to determine if I could afford the necessary procedure. I was assured my benefit covered 50% of the cost. I even asked the representative to check my claim history to make sure. I was assured it was covered at 50%, but as usual when the bill came **** paid nothing!! Each time Ive called with questions customer ********************** gives incorrect information!!
